sportsbookAs we mentioned in our poker report, speeds around the industry have been excellent. The sportsbook industry’s processing times have trumped poker this month as they don’t have any sites taking 3-4 months to pay players. This is an excellent start to the biggest part of the year for sports betting. If these speeds keep up, it will be smooth sailing for bettors.

Bovada           Rating: A+     Last Month: A

Bovada’s speeds are right back in the elite category this month. They are the firm market leader, but we’ve seen improvement across the board, bringing them to the near elite levels we saw last year.

Checks are taking one week to process compared to 1-2 weeks last month. Several players have reported getting their checks in just 2-3 days after approval. Bank wires are being processed in about the same timeframe.

Visa Fast Funds have slowed slightly. The speeds of 4-7 days last month are now at 10-12 days. This is a slight hiccup in processing, and we expect this to return to normal rates in the coming months.

Money transfers via Western Union and MoneyGram are processed within 48 hours or less. Speeds on cash transfers haven’t changed for quite some time.

5Dimes            Rating: A+     Last Month: A+

5Dimes’ might never come down from an A+ rating in our report. Their speeds have been unchanged since we began following their payouts. They’ve been in the industry the longest and are one of the safest bet in online gambling, period.

Check speeds are right around one week, the same timeframe we reported last month. Players often report getting checks in just 2-3 days. Payouts back to debit cards are being processed in 3-4 days. Cash transfers are processed within 48 hours.

Bitcoin the fastest and cheapest method for depositing. Deposits are free and are now instantly processed. Withdrawals are processed in 24 hours and also come with no fees.

BetOnline       Rating: B+     Last Month: B+

BetOnline’s speeds have been relatively unchanged since last month. They’re not at the elite speeds that we from them in 2014, but they may never be back there with their increase in sign ups. However, their times are still fantastic.

Checks are taking around two weeks to process, the same processing timeframe we reported last month. Data on bank wires is tougher to find, but these are likely being sent out at a similar timeframe.

Cash transfers are being processed in 48 hours or less. Bitcoin withdrawals are usually processed on the same day, but may take up to 24 hours. As we mentioned in last month’s report, BetOnline charges 6.5% for deposits and 2.5% on withdrawals via Bitcoin.

Bookmaker                Rating: B+     Last Month: A

Bookmaker’s speeds have slowed since our last report, but they are still right in line with standard industry processing rates.

Checks are taking about two weeks to process, compared to last month’s one-week timeframe. Money transfers are available through Western Union and MoneyGram and are sent within 48 hours.

Pay2Card is available for players who wish to have their payouts sent back to debit or credit cards they used to deposit. These are processed in one week, the same speed we reported last month. The other debit card withdrawal allows players to get a card mailed to them where they can process withdrawals onto the card. The card takes 3-4 weeks to reach players and withdrawals can be sent to the card within 48 hours.

Top Bet                      Rating: B-      Last Month: B-

Top Bet has turned the corner in recent months. Their check speeds have held steady at one week for the past two months. They also offer withdrawals to both MasterCard and Visa, which are processed in about a week.

We will continue to keep an eye on Top Bet’s rates and they may be in the A grade area with a few more months of stellar speeds.
